happy hanukkah!

tonight is the first night of Hanukkah. we lit the candles with bubbe and pop and had potato latkes for dinner and then got presents!

cousin joseph will be turning 5 this week and today we went to sport zone for his party. i had so much fun getting stuck in the ball pit, jumping on the moon bounce and riding the carousel. happy birthday joseph!

C is for cookie

we finally made some holiday cookies this weekend. i loved rolling out the dough and cutting out different shapes including the xmas dinosaur and Hanukkah rhino! ha ha the only bad thing about making cookies is that you can not eat them till they are baked!

today we helped cousin ellie turn 2!! i had so much fun at her party eating a wonderful brunch and yummy cake. the best part of all is the visit by elmo!!! i got to sing, dance and hug him!

christmas tree time

last night we went to the tree farm to pick out the perfect christmas tree! i just loved running in between the trees and being chased. tomorrow night we will start to decorate our new tree!

daddy also started to put the lights on our house and i just love watching them twinkle.

What a fun filled Thanksgiving week I have been having. It started off last Sunday with a McElwain family brunch in York. Then there was a few shopping trips with my favorite shopping partners Bubbe and Pop!

On Wednesday cousin Rebecca came from Boston to spend a few days with us. We had so much fun with her and can not wait for her to come again.

On Thanksgiving day, we had everyone at our house and we ate and ate and ate and Rebecca helped cousin Joseph and I make snowmen crafts. I loved the tofu turkey and the cool whip for the pumpkin pie!

We all needed today to rest!

happy birthday daddy!!

this weekend has been one big party! i have been helping daddy celebrate his birthday with nonstop fun. we started with a fun morning at bounce u. we got to bounce until we could not bounce anymore, we went through the obstacle courses and slid down the slides.

then i went to the bike races with daddy and watched all the bikers get muddy!

The went our for tomato pie with bubbe, pop, adam, lilly and joseph and the best part, cake!!!

last week at playgroup the boys decided it was time to take a cereal break and chow down on some bunny love!

Happy Halloween!

Yesterday was one fun filled day! We started off with a Halloween playgroup complete with a pumpkin craft and costumes! Then off to cousin Joseph's school for a parade and from there to jw tumbles for a Halloween party. Finally, back home to start trick or treating and off course giving out candy to the kids! I had so much fun and finally got a taste of a Hershey bar! I can not wait to do this again next year.

yesterday we helped pop celebrate his birthday! the best part about birthdays is the ice cream cake!

boo at the zoo

yesterday we went to the philly zoo for more halloween fun! i got to trick or treat all around the zoo and get lots of candy that mommy and daddy wont let me eat! i loved the elephant and monkeys so much. i tried to climb in the zebra cage but daddy stopped me.

halloween party!!!

last night my good buddy mia had a super, amazing halloween party!! the house was decorated from floor to ceiling with all sorts of halloween fun. we could not get enough of the blow up chairs and bubble machine! the fog machine and 6 foot butler scared me! the best part of all is i got to eat tons of cheese and cookies and cake!! wearing a cute dinosaur costume has it advantages!

trick or treating at whole foods

what better place to kick off our week filled of Halloween fun then trick or treating at our favorite health food store, whole foods. the little dino wandered through the store finding treat stations with nothing more exciting then organic cheese, all natural juice, pretzels but unfortunately not a cake!

riding to the pumpkin patch

to enjoy some more nice weather, my friend mia and i went to shady brook farms where we took a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch, attacked the animals in the petting zoo and then checked out the giant pumpkin. we also found out that goats like sippy cups!
